Cro brings a lifelong passion for developing young players. He is dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive environment where kids of all ages can learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
His experience with the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Minor Hockey shaped his ability to mentor and connect with young athletes.
Rob played with the OHL’s Belleville Bulls and won Provincial & National Championships with the York University Yeomen.
As Rob's wife, Jessica provides support through volunteer supervision and administration. She's excited to see the kids learn and have fun!

Administration & Supervision
As Rob's wife, Jessica is a constant source of support. Currently furthering her education, she is excited to volunteer at Cro's, lending her assistance in the administrative functions, supervising, and helping to plan and organize birthday and team celebrations, dance classes, marketing, and more.

and love of their sports.
Colton loves having fun and he's great with kids. He has being playing rep hockey for years, and is passionate about hockey, but loves anything that keeps him active.
It's exciting for him to be part of the family business and work with others while doing what he loves. He is able to work alongside his Dad, play in father-son games, and have fun.
In his spare time, he focuses on his skill development. He enjoys helping others improve and looks forward to helping your child have fun and enjoy sports just as much as he does!
Alina has only been playing hockey since she was 12, but with 3 siblings who also play, she truly lives and breathes the game. Known for her quick speed and power, Alina has develped her strength through consistent training on and off the ice.
Outside of hockey, Alina enjoys spending time with friends and family, babysitting, and working with kids.
Alina brings a patient, encouraging, and positive approach - with natural ability to connect with young players, and support their development in a way that's fun, relatable, and easy to understand.
Kallie grew up in Innerkip, and is a student at Huron Park. She has been working with kids for a number of years now.
She plays softball and hockey, but over the years has also played soccer, rugby, field hockey, badminton, and volleyball.
She's an animal lover, with pets at home - and also works at a home improvement store. She loves working with the public and looks forward to meeting you and working with your kids!
Cole is a senior at Huron Park and maintains honour roll.
Cole brings high level hockey experience playing in AAA and Jr B Affliate where he earned a reputation as a strong 2-way defenseman with good hockey sense.
He has played a variety of other sports like track, soccer, badminton, ball hockey, and baseball.
His experience with youth includes working as a volunteer for youth hockey camps, and 5 years as an Umpire with Woodstock Minor Ball.
He's excited to be part of a supportive and motivating space for kids to further develop their skills and love for the game.
Greydon is a student at WCI with years of experience in many sports. He plays hockey competitively, referees, and also enjoys badminton, soccer, and volleyball.
He loves working with the kids here at Cro's and creating a fun, positive environment for them to learn in.
He looks forward to meeting you and your family soon.
Nathan is a recent graduate of the University of Waterloo Recreation and Sport Business Program.
His athletic background is in AAA, Junior B, and Junior C hockey.
Nathan is a reliable and team-oriented player who demonstrates leadership, while being a skilled forward with a high hockey IQ.
He's worked in a variety of recreation environments, gaining strong communication and leadership skills.
Nathan is excited to be part of a supportive and motivating space for kids to further develop their skills and love for the game.
