Provide some information about your child and their training needs. Once you've had your initial consultation, you can sign up for available classes. A liability is required as part of the registration process.

This is provided following the governing law of the Province of Ontario.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk: Participation in sports, skating, training, and facility use involves risks including falls, collisions, equipment failure, injury, disability, or death.

2. Assumption of Risk: I accept all risks associated with participation, including those caused by negligence of Cro's Sports Inc, its staff, and others.

3. Release of Liability: I release Cro's Sports, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents, from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, including negligence.

4. Indemnification: i agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cro's Sports from all claims arising from participation.

5. Medical Consent: I confirm my child is fit to participate and authorize emergency medical treatment if required. I accept responsibility for all costs.

6. Rules & Conduct: My child will follow all rules, use equipment properly, and behave safely. Cro's reserves the right to refuse service for children not following rules.

For all group programs, our standard rate for a 1 hour 4-6 person class is $20 pp*.

*Because an Instructor must be hired for each class, NO REFUNDS will be issued if you cancel within 24 hours of your class.

Once you have registered with Cro's, you can sign up to all scheduled classes, book your private lessons, or book a party. Because we are a small business, we have tried to reduce our costs by sticking with payment by e-transfer only - no credit cards. Payment must be made by e-transfer at the time of the booking.
